Role Overview

The Senior Account Manager will join the Flywheel Content Studio team in London. This person acts as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring digital shelf content for retailers is delivered according to brief, on schedule, and within budget. The role reports to a Director or Senior Director.

What You Will Do

  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines.
  • Coordinate and communicate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on retailer digital shelf content, including best practices, marketplace requirements, and how content supports client business objectives.
  • Apply project management skills to oversee the full content delivery process, from planning through execution.
  • Provide client services, financial oversight, and thought leadership within the content studio.
  • Lead or help manage direct reports and/or cross-functional teams, such as copywriters, designers, and data specialists, to deliver high-quality work.
