Territory & Pipeline Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive territory plan, identify new business avenues, and ensure robust pipeline coverage aligned with quotas. Customer & Partner Engagement: Cultivate relationships through face-to-face meetings and utilize virtual selling platforms (like video conferencing, digital demonstrations, webinars, and virtual events) to enhance engagement, speed up deal cycles, and maintain regular customer interactions. Channel Collaboration: Collaborate with VARs, distributors, and internal teams to co-sell, align strategies, and maximize territory coverage. Deal Execution: Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closure, including discovery, solution alignment, technical validation, and negotiation. Forecasting: Provide accurate business forecasts to inform strategic decisions.

Role Overview: Senior Account Executive, Commercial

This hybrid position is based in Toronto, Canada, and targets growth within the Commercial segment of an assigned territory. The Senior Account Executive manages a territory with a varied customer base and significant revenue opportunity. The role carries a sales quota and requires a strong presence in the market, along with disciplined pipeline management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies for new and existing clients within the assigned territory.
  • Drive new business and expand relationships with current customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through deal closure.
  • Use virtual sales techniques and maintain a strong in-market presence.
  • Forecast accurately and manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a channel-driven sales environment.
