We are a rapidly expanding team of over 200 professionals, serving more than 400 clients, including some of the largest banks, families, and financial institutions in the United States. Since our inception, we have successfully doubled our company size each year and are eager to expand across all departments.

Your Role:

We are seeking a driven and accomplished Senior Account Executive to spearhead new business initiatives across our enterprise and strategic accounts. As a product-centric organization with substantial commercial momentum, we continuously reinvest in our offerings. In this pivotal position, you will contribute significantly to understanding and servicing our core accounts, thereby enhancing our market presence and driving revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders in family offices, institutions, investment advisors, and other financial firms that would benefit from the Arch platform.

  • Oversee the complete client acquisition process, encompassing lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, and successful conversions.

  • Collaborate closely with our Partnerships, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams to attract and acquire new clients.

  • Gain insights from every client interaction and relay valuable market feedback to our Engineering and Operations teams for ongoing product enhancement.
