About the Role
Antithesis is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive who possesses a robust background in selling developer tools to highly technical clientele, ranging from senior engineers to C-level engineering executives.
In this role, you will report to either the Regional Sales Leader (West) or directly to the VP of Sales, depending on your geographical location. You will collaborate closely with customers, prospects, and internal teams to enhance the adoption of Antithesis’s innovative technology solutions. Periodic travel will be required, along with a flexible approach to tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage intricate enterprise sales cycles from initiation to closure.
- Assume ownership of your portfolio with a strong sense of accountability.
- Engage with senior engineers, engineering leaders, and executives through both technical and business-oriented sales discussions.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Antithesis’s customer qualification criteria and sales processes as the company scales.
- Act as the customer advocate in product discussions with engineering and product teams.
- Facilitate successful customer adoption by clearly communicating value, ROI, and integration considerations.
- Mentor new Account Executives and foster a collaborative sales culture.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance messaging and sales materials based on market insights.
