Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Internet Data Center or Telecommunications IT industries, with at least 5 years in a project management or customer service management role. A deep understanding of Internet or Telecom operations is essential.

As a Senior Account Delivery Manager, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all aspects of project delivery and daily service operations. Ensure the provision of operational services aligns with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while managing costs effectively. Lead a virtual delivery team, ensuring customer satisfaction through the seamless execution of contracted services. Cultivate a trusted advisor relationship with customers on behalf of GDS, fostering professional and integrity-based connections.
  • Oversee a service scope that includes Data Center Hosting Services, Network Services, Cloud Managed Services, IT Managed Services, and Disaster Recovery Services, covering both project transition and ongoing phases. Major responsibilities include time management, quality assurance, cost management, SLA oversight, and achieving customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Facilitate communication with customers during project delivery and ongoing operations, coordinating internal resources in accordance with company standards and client requirements. Provide regular updates through project and service reports, and organize meetings with internal teams for effective communication.
  • Drive data center construction and customization projects from inception to completion, collaborating with sales/presales design, construction, and testing teams. Manage project timelines, quality, costs, and risks, escalating issues as necessary to senior management to ensure project closure and customer acceptance.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and customer satisfaction throughout the operational phase, coordinating with data center operations, network, and IT service teams to promote continuous service improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Fulfill internal processes related to procurement, audits, ITIL standards, and project management.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams, ensuring contract execution and customer satisfaction. Demonstrate a willingness to embrace challenges and adapt to change.
