About the Role
At Yext, we are revolutionizing how enterprise brands grow in an AI-driven world. We are in search of a strategic and analytically-minded Senior Account-Based Marketing Program Manager to spearhead the design and performance of our ABM initiatives. This position will be responsible for orchestrating ABM strategies, conducting tests, and delivering reports, converting our target account list into measurable revenue outcomes through precisely defined plays and ongoing optimization. Success will be gauged by account and contact-level engagement, pipeline growth, and retention outcomes across our strategic accounts.
What You’ll Do
ABM Strategy & Program Design
- Lead the ABM strategy and operational framework to enhance engagement and drive revenue results across strategic accounts.
- Establish account tiering, coverage specifications, and engagement frameworks through thorough analysis, market research, and collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Craft highly personalized plans for top-tier accounts that encompass custom content, executive-level initiatives, and tailored experiences.
- Perform in-depth account and contact-level research to develop personalized messaging and content strategies to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Prepare concise and creative ABM program briefs for execution by channel teams (audience, message, offer, CTA, success metrics).
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to define account-level messaging and value propositions.
- Partner with Field & Events Marketing to weave the ABM strategy into global event plans.
- Align with Sales/BDRs to ensure integration of account and contact-level plays into account planning and outbound playbooks.
- Work across functions to ensure cohesive execution of ABM initiatives.
