A Master's degree in a related field is a plus.At least 7-10 years of proven experience in corporate security roles, preferably in organizations with extensive geographic presence or retail commerce.Knowledge and experience in physical security management (store, warehouse, and office security), and handling criminal behavior (thefts, assaults, vandalism).Proficiency in security technology tools, including CCTV & Video Analytics, Access Control Systems, and AI-based surveillance systems.Understanding of workplace safety legislation and privacy laws (GDPR).Experience in developing and implementing security protocols and crisis management strategies.
