Responsibilities:
- Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols to ensure property security.
- Monitoring: Oversee surveillance systems to identify unusual activities or security breaches.
- Access Control: Manage restricted area access to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Incident Response and Reporting: Respond to security incidents and provide assistance, documenting critical information for investigations.
- Enforcing Policies: Ensure compliance with security regulations and property policies.
- Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for team members and the public, offering assistance and information with professionalism.
- Emergency Preparedness: Be an active member of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT), managing emergency situations and executing evacuation procedures as needed.
- Handling Found Property: Follow protocols for the management of found property.
