We seek an individual equally comfortable with intricate details and the broader strategic vision, capable of making informed purchasing decisions, maintaining operational efficiency, guiding teams, enhancing partner performance, establishing reliable financial reporting, and fostering continuous improvement across our entire operational framework.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of physical operations: purchasing, inbound logistics, inventory accuracy, 3PL management, order fulfillment, returns, and reliability through seasonal fluctuations, while aiding in the operationalization of new product launches.Collaborate with Growth and Finance teams to anticipate demand for physical goods, assess 3PL capacity, and determine customer service workforce requirements.Lead the Customer Service team to deliver a world-class experience while ensuring operational efficiency, including managing staffing, productivity, AI, tooling, quality assurance, knowledge base, capacity forecasting, and feedback mechanisms into Operations, Product, Brand, and beyond.Develop finance-grade operational reporting, including up-to-date COGS, stock counts and reconciliation, cost-to-serve metrics, fulfillment and returns data, and customer service metrics.Enhance supplier performance and relationships, instilling procurement discipline focused on cost, quality, reliability, and lead times.
