Your Impact on Our MissionAs a Principal UX Researcher on the Provider Team, you will delve into the complexities of healthcare, gaining insight into the anxieties patients face regarding health, the obscurity of insurance, and the challenge of accessing appropriate care. You will also explore the operational challenges providers encounter, including thin profit margins and a burdensome administrative workload. Your work will focus on the B2B and SaaS facets of our business, engaging with marketing and operational leaders in healthcare practices to understand the tools they utilize for patient acquisition, appointment management, and performance tracking.In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director of Research and collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Go-To-Market leadership to influence product strategy proactively. You will establish a high standard for strategic research that spans product teams and informs our product roadmap. By identifying critical research questions and untested assumptions throughout the organization, you will develop a clear perspective on user needs and leverage research insights to drive business success.

About the RoleWe are currently looking for an experienced Cardiology Principal Investigator (MD/DO) to join our team in a part-time, 1099 capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator on sponsor-initiated clinical trials. In this role, you will spearhead Cardiology/Metabolic trials within our expanding community-based site network, designed to streamline research processes, enhance patient experience, and provide investigator support.
