This position is essential to our go-to-market efforts, focusing on creating a robust pipeline through strategic outbound initiatives, while also engaging high-intent inbound users. You will identify opportunities where human interaction enhances adoption and convert valuable insights into qualified leads. Joining us as one of the first SDRs means you won't just implement existing strategies—you'll have the chance to shape and refine them.Your ImpactOutbound ProspectingEngage target accounts through personalized outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and innovative methods (e.g., video introductions, follow-ups from community events).Conduct thorough prospect research to customize outreach based on the individual's role, industry, and creative workflows.Generate new business aligned with FLORA’s Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs): creative teams, agencies, in-house marketing departments, and other workflow leaders.Design and execute account-based strategies for top accounts, including mapping buying committees, identifying entry points, and initiating multi-threaded communications.Enhance your skills in objection handling and articulate value propositions that secure the next steps.Pipeline and Process ExcellenceEnsure high-quality data accuracy in our CRM (tracking notes, qualifications, next steps, reasons for disqualification, insights into buying committees).Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to guarantee seamless transitions and consistently high-quality meetings.Monitor results weekly and iterate on your approach: activities → conversations → meetings → qualified leads.Provide actionable feedback to the Marketing and Product teams based on your observations—challenges, use cases, emerging patterns, and competitive insights.
