Role overview The Content Editor joins the Loyalty Team to help shape and share Blackbird’s story. This role centers on communicating the company’s value across platforms, including Substack, consumer emails, and social media. The Content Editor collaborates closely with the Head of Brand and Head of Video to deliver consistent, engaging messaging. What you will do Serve as the voice of Blackbird for all consumer-facing content, including ghostwriting CEO messages and crafting in-app communications. Lead editorial operations for 'The Supersonic' Substack: manage the editorial calendar, assign stories, edit freelance submissions, and publish content. Write, produce, and send all consumer emails, such as 'The Weekly Flyer,' which delivers curated content to all markets. Collaborate with internal teams to highlight new restaurant openings and local community initiatives in each market. Oversee email communications for all current and future audience segments.
