Your Role

As a Security Assurance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that TrustFlight’s aviation software and services are secure, resilient, and trustworthy as the company expands globally. This hands-on position focuses on developing and validating security controls that are effective in real-world scenarios.

You will be based in London, UK, and report to the CIO while collaborating closely with Platform, Infrastructure, and Application Engineering teams across various time zones. Your contributions will directly support TrustFlight in meeting regulatory, customer, and industry security expectations, while enabling teams to operate swiftly and securely.

What You Will Do

  • Design, implement, and manage security solutions, controls, and supporting tools across platform, infrastructure, and application security domains.
  • Establish, implement, and continuously evaluate security controls to ensure their efficacy in real-world operations.
  • Oversee the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) capabilities, ensuring effective security monitoring and assurance.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize security risks and control gaps, translating findings into actionable technical and operational enhancements.
  • Utilize automation to enhance security processes and increase efficiency.
