Join us as a Security Architect at Archer IT, where you will collaborate with a dedicated team to fortify a leading investment bank against cyber security threats from both internal and external sources. This role is part of a dynamic, globally distributed team of architects. Your core responsibilities will encompass:
- Collaborating with Cyber Security Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to grasp business requirements and assess their impact on technical architecture.
- Engaging with stakeholders to evaluate the implications of architectural decisions for both new and existing capabilities.
- Designing low-level, technical capability architecture for new and modified solutions, ensuring alignment with defined business requirements.
- Defining and prioritizing investments necessary for implementing the capability architecture.
- Crafting and managing lifecycle roadmaps and reference architecture for capabilities.
- Guaranteeing adherence to GCTO architectural standards, principles, and policies.
- Publishing plans for capability upgrades and maintenance.
- Contributing insights into capability development and optimization.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in discussions and issues related to capability architecture.
- Building relationships with third-party suppliers as needed.
Your goals will include:
- Supporting the Capability Owner in developing low-level technical architecture to facilitate the capability roadmap.
- Understanding the demand for capabilities from service owners.
- Ensuring compliance with architectural standards.
- Aligning the capability roadmap with evolving service roadmaps.
