Complete checkout reports at the end of each shift and ensure they are reviewed and signed by management.

Ensure proper plating and course timing of food orders before serving to members and guests.
Assist runners and bussers as needed to support table orders and overall service efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the server alley and bar area, including polishing silverware, plates, and glassware as necessary.
Possess extensive knowledge of the menu and be prepared to offer suggestions to members and guests.
Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
