Job Details:

Hourly Rate: $16 - $18/hour

Weekly Hours: 15

Location: Castle Hill, Ipswich, MA

Your Role:

As a Seasonal Event Staff member, you will be pivotal in enhancing the experiences of our visitors at our stunning properties. As the weather warms, we welcome guests of all ages eager to explore our scenic beaches, wooded paths, cultural gardens, and historic sites. This role provides numerous opportunities to create memorable experiences for each visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support event operations, including setup and takedown of event infrastructure, vehicle parking, and post-event cleanup.
  • Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays during the summer season is essential.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors, members, and guests.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, with or without accommodation.

This position reports directly to the Facilities Manager and is designed as a limited-term, non-exempt role (15 hours/week).
