Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is preferred. CAPM or PMI-SP Certification is a plus. A minimum of two (2) years of project scheduling experience is required. Proficiency with Primavera/P6 and/or MS Project is essential. SAP experience is desirable. Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel is required. Experience in civil and/or utility projects is advantageous. Prior experience in a highly regulated environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail is critical.

This is a full-time, in-office role where you will be pivotal in managing project schedules throughout the lifecycle of Hydro Generation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

In our Program Management Services Division, we deliver expert management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Our project teams are dedicated to providing a tailored blend of business consulting, project management, financial oversight, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Conduct critical path analysis, risk assessments, and establish baselines to support project performance monitoring.
  • Calculate Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) for earned value management, analyzing results to identify variances.
  • Produce detailed regular and ad-hoc reports to support project planning and control initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating meetings focused on project scope and financials.
