Qualifications

• 15-18 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP WM modules) is typically required.• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is essential.• Proven experience with Singapore Public Sector SAP projects.• Completed multiple end-to-end implementations in SAP S/4 HANA, with experience in migrating from ECC to S/4 HANA.• Self-motivated, with a positive “can-do” attitude, and exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including strong persuasive techniques.• Ability to lead and foster respectful and trusting relationships.• Proficient in both written and spoken English.• Willingness to travel as required.

The SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with innovative SAP technology solutions within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Planning realm, with a particular emphasis on Inventory Management and Asset Management. The ideal candidate will assess client business requirements, recommend technology-driven business enhancements, lead software evaluations, and architect tailored technological solutions. This position involves both pre-sales engagements and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Design, review, and implement SAP Supply Chain Management solutions (SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP WM) for clients, including proposal preparation, presentations, and conducting Proof-of-Concept demonstrations to validate technical feasibility when necessary.

  • Recommend SAP solutions and select appropriate technologies, while estimating resources required to fulfill customer needs.

  • Lead business workshops and assessments to gather requirements and offer solutions.

  • Present alternatives with a clear analysis of costs, benefits, and risks when multiple solutions are available.

  • Emphasize the positive impact of NCS solutions to assist clients in achieving their business objectives.

  • Provide global pre-sales consultancy services to clients.

Customer and Vendor Management

  • Engage effectively with stakeholders in sales and project decisions and execution.

  • Foster long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding expectations.

  • Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with product vendors to enhance NCS’s product portfolio and stay abreast of emerging technologies.

Business Development

  • Proactively identify opportunities for service enhancement and collaborate with Account Managers for further development.

  • Engage in pre-sales activities, leading key opportunities as necessary.

Team Management

  • Mentor and coach Solution Architects.

  • Conduct enablement sessions for NCS presales to articulate service offerings and positions against competitors effectively.

  • Continuously enhance the materials used in enablement sessions to ensure quality and relevance.

  • Maintain reusable components to streamline the sales process and uphold service quality for our customers.
