Ideal Candidate ProfileAt least 5 years of experience in SAP implementation and/or application support. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Learning and Compensation modules. Experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end implementations tailored to Singapore's HR and payroll requirements. Self-driven with a positive, proactive attitude; possesses excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Understanding of process harmonization concepts. Ability to conduct requirements gathering and business analysis effectively.

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of SuccessFactors projects for our esteemed clients in Singapore. The ideal candidate will assist in assessing client business needs, providing informed recommendations, and designing tailored SuccessFactors solutions to meet unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and system requirements, offering consulting services that deliver tangible value.
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, present solutions and alternatives, and estimate resources to ensure project success.
  • Configure and customize SAP solutions to enhance application functionality and performance.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments and best practices in SAP technologies to maintain expertise.
  • Simplify and translate client requirements, identifying potential areas for system solutions.
  • Lead or participate in business process analysis, testing, system cutover, documentation, and training.
  • Assess changes in relation to current business processes and their impact on other SAP modules.
  • Work in conjunction with other functional and technical teams to ensure quality project delivery.
  • Adhere to industry standards and best practices in solution delivery.

Team Management

  • Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth.
  • Continuously enhance training materials for enablement sessions, ensuring quality and relevance.
  • Contribute to the development of competency enablement initiatives across the NCS community globally.
  • Manage a focused group of individuals within the competency community.
