Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including risk management strategies, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with business users and architects/designers.
- Oversee daily project implementations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and quality standards.
- Define project scope and manage change control processes effectively.
- Gather and document requirements through collaboration with users and managers to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Address project overruns, scope changes, and integration challenges by engaging with the Project Director (PD) and Service Delivery Director (SDD).
- Ensure seamless integration of project components, including hardware, software installations, testing, business process reviews, application development, migrations, and data conversions.
- Monitor project progress to guarantee timely completion, identifying critical paths, and adjusting schedules as necessary.
- Manage resources, including personnel, hardware, and software, to achieve project objectives within budget.
- Review project documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality management processes.
- Define project resources, conduct performance reviews, and assess post-implementation evaluations.
- Engage in vendor negotiations and cross-team collaborations to secure necessary resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish strong relationships with users, technical teams, and management to effectively resolve system implementation issues.
- Negotiate with clients regarding change requests, prioritizing based on business needs, and maintain clear communication regarding project status and issues.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement and collaborate with Account Managers to develop these opportunities.
- Participate in pre-sales activities as required.
Customer/Vendor Management
- Engage stakeholders effectively in project decision-making and execution.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and partners.
