The perfect candidate will drive our SuccessFactors initiatives, lead a high-performing team, and ensure effortless integration with broader enterprise systems.Key ResponsibilitiesPractice LeadershipEstablish, oversee, and expand our SAP SuccessFactors practice, promoting capability enhancement, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of best practices.Create service offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets to enhance delivery efficiency and improve solution quality.Mentor and develop consultants, enhancing both their technical and consulting expertise.Solution Design & DeliveryDesign scalable, integrated SuccessFactors solutions across various modules such as Employee Central, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, and Recruitment.Ensure that designs are in alignment with client HR strategies, compliance obligations, and enterprise architecture standards.Manage project lifecycles from requirements gathering through to post-go-live support, including integration with payroll systems, ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), and external systems.Pre-Sales & Business DevelopmentWork alongside sales teams to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and deliver impactful client presentations.Conduct product demonstrations, create proof-of-concepts, and provide precise effort estimations.Guide prospective clients on HR digital transformation strategies while positioning SuccessFactors as a strategic enabler.Stakeholder EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, and business executives.Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into solution frameworks.Quality Assurance & InnovationEvaluate and affirm solution architecture for scalability, performance, and compliance.Lead testing, data migration validation, and performance enhancement initiatives.Keep up-to-date with SuccessFactors innovations and integrate them into solution strategies.
