Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of project tasks, ensuring timely and effective completion.

- Possibly oversee work streams, mentoring junior team members.
- Develop and validate solutions to client challenges with the help of subject matter experts.
- Exhibit accountability and contribute towards achieving client success.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team for the technical monitoring, support, and administration of SAP system landscapes, including SAP ECC, SAP Enterprise Portal (EP), and Solution Manager, as well as Oracle database administration.
- Report to the SAP Basis Technical Lead and Project Manager for guidance and support.
What You Will Be Doing
- Implementing SAP OSS notes, kernel patches, support packages, add-ons, and SAP software component upgrades.
- Installing, upgrading, and migrating SAP applications and NetWeaver Suite products within SAP landscapes.
- Monitoring SAP systems and databases for optimal performance.
- Administering SAP database table space, including resizing, reorganization, and patch implementation.
- Managing SAP database statistics and performing table, DB, views, and index reorganizations.
- Adjusting SAP system and database parameters as needed.
- Collaborating effectively within a project environment.
- Addressing and resolving incidents in both production and non-production SAP environments.
- Troubleshooting incidents stemming from system-generated alerts.
- Engaging with SAP through Online Support Services (OSS) to resolve technical issues, apply OSS notes, and schedule services like EarlyWatch.
- Collaborating with the infrastructure team on backup/recovery administration and disaster recovery support.
- Participating in disaster recovery exercises.
