Your Role
As a Salesforce Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies within our Salesforce support team. Your responsibilities will include implementing configuration changes in accordance with our defined Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), as well as engaging in clear communication and documentation with team members and stakeholders across all levels. Your focus will be on ensuring user satisfaction and effective support for all internal users of our systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing Salesforce updates, testing new functionalities, and managing system upgrades.
- Building and configuring Salesforce features tailored to support team requirements.
- Delivering effective user-directed solutions via our Salesforce application.
- Ensuring user satisfaction through precise and comprehensive instructions.
- Proactively engaging with users to identify their needs and providing detailed proposals.
- Conducting user training on Salesforce features and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with company security policies and regulatory standards regarding Salesforce data.
- Performing regular data quality checks and clean-ups within Salesforce and related systems.
- Collaborating with the team to identify solutions that enhance operational efficiencies across the support division.
