As a Salesforce Go-To-Market Lead at Astound Commerce, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem. Acting as a high-impact 'hunter', you will utilize your extensive partner relationships and industry knowledge to lead consultative sales processes from initial contact to closure. Your role as a trusted advisor will be essential in translating complex client challenges into customized Salesforce solutions, ensuring that every partnership is rooted in strategic alignment and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle for enterprise clients, with a focus on high-value digital transformations and professional services.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Salesforce ecosystem, collaborating with Salesforce Account Executives, VPs, and Cloud Specialists to secure joint strategic agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to pinpoint business challenges and develop data-driven roadmaps that leverage Astound’s full suite of services—from advisory to implementation.
- Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, aligning digital strategies with their most significant business objectives.
- Identify and pursue strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities within new accounts to optimize initial growth and enhance long-term customer value.
- Represent Astound at Salesforce and industry events, actively broadening your professional network to generate high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivery and marketing to scope complex engagements and ensure smooth transitions from sales to project execution.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for thorough pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making to consistently exceed multi-million-dollar sales targets.
