Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a delivery agent for our evolving Salesforce platform, responsible for implementing solutions through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This includes comprehending our business processes, identifying opportunities to fill key gaps, designing, and configuring changes, including declarative rules, process automation, unit testing, conducting code reviews, and managing changes. Collaborate effectively as a team player in the strategic optimization and enhancement of multiple Salesforce clouds, particularly focusing on Sales or Service, along with experience in CPQ, Field Service, Communities, and/or Commerce Cloud. Assist in the creation and maintenance of Flows while transitioning from alternative automation tools such as Workflow Rules and Process Builder. Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert for CPI, engaging with business and IT teams to resolve challenges using the Salesforce platform. Build relationships with key business partners and participate in cross-functional teams addressing strategic business issues relating to the contact center, field operations, marketing, and sales. Stay abreast of technological advancements within the Salesforce platform, monitoring and planning for the organization to leverage new functionalities as they become available. Encourage and actively participate in a DevOps culture where the team is empowered to take ownership and responsibility for their work.
