What You'll Be Doing:Design, develop, test, debug, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and Sales Enablement business processes and system integrations to facilitate company operations in a high-growth environment. Construct and deploy SaaS systems integrations, workflows, and architecture to scale and automate an end-to-end Lead to Cash process. Collaborate with Revenue Operations to optimize investments in Salesforce and other Sales & Marketing enablement SaaS applications and leading-edge technologies. Provide application support and technical administration for Sales & Marketing SaaS applications. Contribute insights to optimize the system architecture landscape, identify gaps between current and desired states, and deliver comprehensive solutions to achieve targeted business outcomes. Configure, build, and enhance out-of-the-box Salesforce functionalities such as objects, fields, formula fields, validation rules, workflows, process builder flows, and more.

Role Overview

The Salesforce Developer will join the SaaS IT Business Applications team in Canada. This role centers on building, maintaining, and improving Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. The position requires direct experience with platform configuration, customization, design, and development. Interest in learning and supporting new Sales Enablement tools is important.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert for Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce solutions
  • Configure and customize the Salesforce platform
  • Collaborate with the PMO, IT Operations, Revenue, and Marketing teams to analyze requirements and resolve issues
  • Deliver solutions that support performance and scalability
  • Contribute to Salesforce Governance processes and suggest improvements
  • Support and explore new Sales Enablement tools and technologies
