A degree in Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field is highly preferred. Proven experience in leading and managing team members. Strong ability to quickly learn and leverage new business and technology concepts. Thorough knowledge of CRM tools. Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to develop methodologies. A passion for working in an innovative environment that promotes thought leadership.

Join our dynamic team at CoServe Global Solutions as we seek multiple Salesforce Consultants to contribute to exciting Salesforce.com projects. We are looking for certified administrators, developers, project managers, and professionals skilled in documentation and training. As a consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and documentation of business requirements while aligning with our clients' objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the migration of dual databases of vendor information into a unified Salesforce account.
  • Configuring and customizing Salesforce.com utilizing web-based administration tools such as page layouts, workflow designs, triggers, and role configurations.
  • Leading client meetings to train end-users, develop knowledge transfer documentation, and test customizations against client specifications.
  • Collaborating with client developers to define and create specifications for custom code or data migration needs.
  • Conducting business process analysis and documenting process flows using Visio and other tools.
  • Identifying additional project opportunities and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Our global professionals demonstrate a commitment to client service, the capacity to navigate complex and changing environments, and exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
