Job Summary:
We are on the lookout for an adept Commercial Applications Developer specializing in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, configuration, and development of our Salesforce environment, with a keen focus on CPQ, Sales/Service Clouds, NetSuite, and integrated go-to-market tools. Your role will serve as a crucial link between administrative requirements and technical implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across the GTM organization. Situated in Pune, this position is perfect for professionals with strong Salesforce development expertise who are eager to thrive in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration: Manage users, roles, profiles, forecasts, territory management, and permission sets within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Salesforce CPQ & Sales/Service Cloud: Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) to support global go-to-market operations.
Development & Automation: Create and maintain automations using Flows, Apex (classes/triggers), and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Salesforce Agentforce/AI: Leverage knowledge and experience in configuring and deploying AI-facilitated development.
ERP Integration: Manage and support integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite to synchronize customer, product, and financial data. Familiarity with middleware solutions (e.g., Zapier, Workato) is advantageous.
GTM Tools: Configure and support integrated tools such as Marketo, Gong, Outreach, and LeanData.
Data Management: Conduct data migration, cleaning, and manipulation to ensure data integrity.
