Position: Salesforce/CloudSense Lead
Location: Singapore
Join our dynamic team at Cygnify as we collaborate with a premier telecom client to spearhead a transformative digital initiative across CRM and Order Management systems. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design and implementation of Salesforce and CloudSense solutions, ensuring robust, scalable systems that facilitate intricate enterprise sales and order processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct the comprehensive solution delivery throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from gathering requirements to production deployment. Take ownership of technical design and delivery for Salesforce and CloudSense implementations.
Enhance product modeling, pricing, and order orchestration utilizing CloudSense CPQ.
Establish and uphold DevOps standards encompassing CI/CD, automation, and testing. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver enterprise-level CRM and Order Management solutions.
Ensure system stability, performance, security, and ongoing enhancements.
Address and resolve issues across sandbox, staging, and production environments.
Guide and mentor engineering teams, providing strong technical leadership.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration.
Extensive expertise in CloudSense CPQ, particularly in product modeling, pricing, and orchestration.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
Proficient in Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD, version control, and automation techniques.
In-depth knowledge of APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Salesforce and/or CloudSense certifications are highly desirable.
