Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to spearhead our business expansion in key MENA markets, primarily focusing on Dubai, Jordan, and Iraq. This pivotal role entails driving net deposit growth, enhancing client acquisition, optimizing team performance, and facilitating partner-led expansion within our Forex/CFD business.
The ideal candidate will execute frontline sales strategies, mentor and manage the sales team, and cultivate strong relationships with retail clients, introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners. A hands-on leader with a deep understanding of conversion, retention, trading client behavior, and local market dynamics in the region is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the sales team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for funded accounts, volume, and revenue.
- Drive new client acquisition via direct sales, referrals, IB networks, and affiliate partnerships.
- Develop and implement localized sales strategies for Dubai, Jordan, and Iraq in alignment with broader MENA growth objectives.
- Coach, train, and monitor team members to enhance lead conversion, follow-up quality, and client relationship management.
- Monitor daily sales activities, team productivity, deposit performance, and pipeline quality using CRM tools.
- Foster strong relationships with high-value prospects, active traders, partners, and business introducers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, retention, dealing, and customer support teams to enhance the client journey from lead to funded trader.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, approved scripts, and applicable local market regulations during all sales activities.
- Identify hiring needs, assist with onboarding, and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture in the region.
- Provide ongoing market feedback regarding competitor activities, client objections, product demand, and growth opportunities.
