Sales Solutions Engineer - EMEA

Role Overview SonarSource is growing, and the Network Engineer will play a central part in supporting this expansion. Based in Geneva, this position focuses on building and maintaining a reliable, secure, and high-performing network that connects SonarSource offices and cloud environments worldwide. What You Will Do Design, implement, and manage SonarSource’s global network infrastructure to ensure rapid and secure connectivity for all employees and services. Own the architecture and operation of WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and DNS systems, adapting network services to meet the needs of a distributed and growing team. Develop and maintain network monitoring, alerting, and observability systems that deliver real-time visibility into network health, performance, and security across all locations and cloud connections. Work closely with Product Engineering, Information Security, and Infrastructure Engineering teams to embed secure network controls and segmentation into daily engineering workflows. Promote the use of AI tooling to improve network operations, including alert triage, anomaly detection, capacity planning, and configuration management. Define and refine metrics for network reliability and performance (such as SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and dashboards), making network health actionable and transparent for stakeholders.
