OVERVIEW
The Sales & Service Lead plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience at ALO. This individual will ensure we meet our goals for engagement, guest education, and interaction, fostering a service-oriented atmosphere on the sales floor. Ultimately, they will contribute to establishing ALO as a unique sanctuary in the retail landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate an outstanding guest experience by evaluating guest interactions and technical product knowledge; provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
- Drive sales performance through effective team collaboration and service excellence.
- Develop and maintain a welcoming store environment that reflects ALO’s brand values.
- Engage with guests to build meaningful connections and promote product understanding.
- Assist in training team members to enhance service delivery and product knowledge.
