Exciting, right?To drive our mission forward, we are seeking proactive bar-raisers who are eager to shape the future of entertainment!Are you ready to join us in creating extraordinary experiences?About The Role:Manage Fever's key partners and their events/projects across various verticals, including large exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, renowned attractions, and sports, ensuring the cultivation of strong, long-term relationships and consistent performance growth.Oversee the entire lifecycle of partner events and projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless execution, while tracking all actions and progress.Establish strong, strategic relationships with partners by understanding their unique needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor, and utilizing Fever’s extensive expertise to help them achieve their goals. Anticipate partner needs, proactively address challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions that align with Fever's mission and enhance partner satisfaction.Drive partner performance by setting KPIs, implementing data-driven strategies for continuous growth, and regularly tracking performance metrics. Prepare comprehensive reports that highlight key achievements and identify areas for improvement.Collect feedback from partners on Fever’s products and services, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operational enhancements.Transition into a team manager role by providing leadership and guidance to junior team members.
