About the Role:
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping our go-to-market strategy and facilitating data-driven decision-making for the AMER region. This role merges sales, strategy, and operations, enabling you to make a significant contribution to Notion's growth trajectory. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, the AMER sales ops lead, and cross-functional teams to refine processes, generate actionable insights, and support key strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Regional Sales Strategy & Operations, you will be at the heart of our operational excellence.
What You'll Achieve:
Collaborate with the AMER leadership team to define and execute strategies, including territory mapping and long-term account planning, backed by insightful analysis to drive results.
Support the regional rhythm of business through business reviews, forecasting, and pipeline management, ensuring alignment with global priorities while accommodating regional specifics.
Assist regional sales leaders and their teams in reaching their objectives by providing actionable insights and visibility into sales performance metrics.
Prepare reporting and presentations for AMER sales leadership to communicate the business status effectively across the organization.
Act as a strategic partner to the AMER sales team and operations lead, providing hands-on support to advance deals and inform decision-making.
Collaborate with the GTM Systems team to continuously improve our sales technology stack, ensuring a premier experience for our sellers and a robust sales data environment.
Implement and uphold global sales policies, processes, and procedures to drive operational efficiency.
