ResponsibilitiesOversee and enhance HubSpot as the primary commercial system of record, including pipeline architecture, deal stages, workflows, data governance, permissions, and team adoption. Design and automate dashboards and reports for pipeline management, funnel conversion, forecasting, activity tracking, and performance against targets. Enhance the data infrastructure for the commercial organization, ensuring seamless data flow across CRM, enrichment tools, sales engagement platforms, and analytics environments. Lead the end-to-end rollout of new tools, from requirements gathering to vendor selection, implementation, and team enablement. Promote CRM hygiene and scalable processes in collaboration with Sales Directors and Account Management teams. Create training and onboarding materials for new hires, as well as for new tools and process updates. Prepare executive-level updates (dashboards, memos, QBR materials) and present insights to senior leadership and board/investor stakeholders when necessary. Optimize cross-functional workflows with Finance and Legal, including gating processes, approvals, and contract handoffs.

Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the operational framework that empowers Astranis’ expanding commercial team to thrive, managing a business with over $1 billion in backlog and a similarly robust pipeline. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering departments to establish reliable reporting, streamline processes, and implement scalable tools that enhance speed, precision in forecasting, and focus on closing complex deals.
