Join our dynamic Sales team at Apna as a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Operations Executive. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales operations, CRM management, and sales analytics, who can effectively enhance sales processes and support revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of sales tools and reporting, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across various departments including Marketing, Finance, and Sales leadership.
Responsibilities
- CRM & Sales Tools Management: Take ownership of CRM systems (such as FreshSales, Salesforce, or similar), ensuring data accuracy and automation.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor key sales metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Sales Team Support: Address ad-hoc requests from the sales team, managing product-sales processes and troubleshooting.
- Sales Process Optimization: Design and implement workflows to enhance sales efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Marketing, and IT teams to streamline sales operations and drive improvements.
