Role Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst, based in London, plays a key part in supporting Workable’s go-to-market teams. This role focuses on maintaining the accuracy of sales compensation, driving operational improvements, and delivering insights to help teams perform at their best.
What You Will Do
- Calculate commissions for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, and prepare detailed commission statements.
- Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies, and help design and document compensation plans.
- Create and update documentation and playbooks for go-to-market processes.
- Translate business needs into system requirements for Revenue Operations (RevOps).
- Spot opportunities for process improvements and put those changes into practice.
- Support the rollout and adoption of sales tools, including those powered by AI.
- Analyze data to provide insights that optimize processes and improve go-to-market performance.
