Your Mission
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Mid Market sales team from our Bengaluru office. This is a thrilling opportunity for a results-oriented leader to contribute to our high-growth journey and help shape a multi-product business as we transition into a comprehensive front office platform. You will be instrumental in implementing and optimizing HubSpot's acclaimed sales methodology, coaching sales managers, and driving your team toward achieving ambitious revenue targets.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with various teams, including Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Training, and Recruiting, to advance regional and global initiatives that ensure our collective success.
Your Responsibilities
- Foster growth by identifying ideal customers and expanding our customer base, while being accountable for key business metrics such as revenue, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, addressing growth challenges, and providing effective solutions.
- Work synergistically with fellow sales leaders and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain alignment across various business units.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent across India through strategic hiring and training initiatives.
- Partner with local stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities, ensuring that our partners are equipped to flourish within their respective markets.
- Inspire and lead your team to not only meet but exceed sales and bookings targets, as well as other performance expectations set by executive leadership.
