What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of sales or presales experience in ICT services or consulting, or over 8 years in technical sales. Demonstrated success in selling application-driven opportunities. Familiarity with commercial arrangements. Experience in application implementation is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and presentation. Knowledge of NCS operational processes.

Your Mission:

The Sales Manager will be pivotal in propelling NCS's sales initiatives, ensuring account penetration, qualifying prospects, supervising sales activities, planning sales processes, and closing sales opportunities within the relevant sectors. You will cultivate deep and trusted relationships with clients to nurture and expand future opportunities, concentrating on application-centric solutions.

In addition to managing your sales and revenue targets, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborating with the right teams at NCS to leverage expertise and thought leadership in delivering successful solutions.

Reporting to the Sales Lead, you will collaborate closely with various teams across NCS, including Client Service Units, Lines of Businesses (LOBs), and NEXT Services, defining solution offerings and value propositions to maximize our chances of success. Your deep understanding of client business needs will be crucial in strategizing new growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand your portfolio of accounts by engaging key decision-makers and selling NCS Application solutions to target customers.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and client business needs, coordinating across functional teams to assemble the winning team for successful solutions and contract closures.
  • Achieve sales quotas by identifying and securing business from new and existing clients while ensuring customer satisfaction with NCS products and services.
  • Manage and negotiate contract terms with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships at all levels within your designated client accounts.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and successfully negotiate to close deals.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the organization’s offerings to manage pre-sales requirements effectively.
  • Drive profitable wins that align with NCS’s core capabilities and growth strategy.
