JOB PURPOSE:

As a Sales Manager at Aldar, you will play a pivotal role in driving property sales to both new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on aligning customer needs with our diverse inventory and exciting launches. This position emphasizes daily engagement with prospective buyers, lead generation, and transaction facilitation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively generate leads through strategic networking, innovative marketing campaigns, and leveraging broker databases.
• Effectively showcase available properties to prospective buyers, emphasizing unique features and benefits.
• Source and engage potential buyers through both direct and indirect channels.
– Conduct informative site visits and prepare compelling presentations.
– Issue clear and attractive sales offers to potential clients.
• Own and achieve quarterly sales targets in line with the company's annual objectives.
Prepare, manage, and oversee contracts, payment plans, and all relevant documentation throughout the sales process.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and adhere to company policies in all sales activities.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive client database while updating the CRM system regularly.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and brokers.
Adopt a consultative sales approach, advising clients on the advantages of our developments and their investment potential.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on financing options, market trends, and legal considerations.
Manage the lead process efficiently, ensuring all opportunities are current and accessible.
Address client concerns throughout and following transactions, ensuring their needs are met.
Facilitate property visits, manage show homes, and respond promptly to inquiries regarding pricing, amenities, and payment terms.
