We are currently seeking an Arabic Speaking Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Dubai. This role is crucial for driving growth in our regional operations, particularly focused on our SaaS and Telco solutions under the Engage & Connect business units, leveraging advanced AI and omnichannel technologies to transform customer engagement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that empowers businesses to connect with customers, automate workflows, and manage all interactions through one reliable, user-friendly interface.

As a Sales Manager, you will spearhead sales efforts and cultivate robust client relationships. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer communication.

In your first year, you will:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Formulate and implement a go-to-market strategy for the enterprise market in the MEA region.

  • Develop and sustain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities while upselling and cross-selling within your existing client base.

Client Engagement

  • Provide engaging product demonstrations (both online and in-person) to highlight the value of our Engagement Platform.

  • Establish strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
