Your Mission

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Leader to spearhead our Danish operation in Copenhagen, driving sustained growth and success. You will be responsible for crafting your strategy, showcasing commercial expertise, and ensuring long-term profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a natural ability to build trust and establish connections with people. You are also extremely driven, hands-on, and capable of inspiring a high-performance team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement your sales strategy.
  • Build a robust lead generation system.
  • Drive sales and continually meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Upon achieving specific sales targets, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a top-notch sales team.
  • Actively participate in budgeting and setting organizational goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously develop and implement action plans to enhance performance.
  • Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc.
  • Work closely with and collaborate with other leaders.
  • Report directly to the CEO.
