Responsibilities:Engage in outbound sales to identify new partnership opportunities and prospective partners, creating a strong network of 'Gatekeepers' including law firms, M&A attorneys, investment bankers, and real estate developers. Establish and maintain robust relationships with partners. Oversee the end-to-end sales process for new clients referred by partners. Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets. Analyze complex deal structures to provide customized escrow and paying agency solutions. Collaborate closely with onboarding, legal, and mid-office teams to ensure the seamless integration of new deals. Qualifications:A keen interest in real estate markets and M&A. A natural ability to build new relationships and rapport with ease. A graduate or undergraduate degree from a recognized university. Prior experience in escrow services. Experience in selling to and partnering with legal firms.

Sales Executive - Escrow Real Estate and M&A

As a Sales Executive specializing in Escrow for Real Estate and M&A, your primary responsibility will be to expand Ebury's escrow client portfolio across the UK, focusing on the Real Estate and M&A sectors. A key aspect of your role will involve commercializing our escrow services by forming strategic partnerships with various ecosystem players such as law firms, real estate brokers, investment banking origination teams, and financial advisors.
