Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan to accomplish revenue and growth objectives.
- Guide, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and accountability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across vital sectors in the UAE.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing significant deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to synchronize sales strategies with service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine our positioning.
- Prepare precise sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
- Ensure the achievement of KPIs including revenue targets, client acquisition, and retention metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years as a Sales Manager in a digital marketing agency in the UAE.
- Profound understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, performance marketing, web development, and branding.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and scaling a sales team.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Strong network within the UAE business ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
