Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan to accomplish revenue and growth objectives.
  • Guide, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and accountability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across vital sectors in the UAE.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing significant deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to synchronize sales strategies with service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine our positioning.
