Role Overview
The Sales Engineer (SE) plays a critical role within Promise's sales team, serving as the product subject matter expert and managing all technical dimensions of the sales process.
The Sales Engineer will qualify sales opportunities, assess customer requirements, proactively address prospect inquiries and objections, respond to technical RFPs, and relay important prospect needs to the product team. For qualified opportunities, SEs will showcase Promise's solutions, demonstrate our products to both business and technical audiences, and prepare implementation proposals and statements of work.
Additional responsibilities encompass effective discovery processes, crafting innovative content, and producing technical documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of sales and technical expertise, with the ability to identify customer needs and align them with Promise's offerings.
