Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in technical sales or engineering roles, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
