About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our Application Specialist team. In this role, you will collaborate with our sales team to provide pre-sales support, conduct information security reviews, and manage large-scale technical implementations. Your expertise will be vital in determining product-market fit, facilitating organizational training, and successfully onboarding our initial Enterprise Intelligence clients.

The expanding adoption of our Enterprise Intelligence offering is projected to drive significant growth for AlphaSense in 2025 and beyond, necessitating the addition of entrepreneurial-minded professionals to help us reach new market segments and maximize the product's potential.

As a member of the Application Specialist team, you will be at the crossroads of customer engagement, sales enablement, product development, and engineering. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through intricate business challenges, tailoring AlphaSense’s AI-driven insights to align with their objectives, and providing valuable feedback to shape our product roadmap. This position demands a high level of technical acumen, innovative problem-solving abilities, and exceptional client interaction skills.
