The Opportunity
As the Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will be instrumental in empowering Postman's global go-to-market teams, including Sales and Post-Sales. Your role will involve designing and implementing enablement projects and programs aimed at enhancing productivity, accelerating onboarding processes, improving managerial effectiveness, increasing pipeline generation, and boosting win rates.
This position will support various enablement initiatives across the organization, focusing on continuous learning, skill development, product knowledge, tool adoption, effective customer messaging, leadership development, onboarding new hires, and executing process changes across regions and segments.
You will report to the Manager of Revenue Enablement and will thrive in a collaborative in-person work environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage cross-functional enablement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Design and implement scalable enablement initiatives that foster continuous learning, effective onboarding, and readiness across go-to-market roles.
- Drive programmatic and project-based enablement initiatives aligned with business objectives, focusing on skill enhancement, product knowledge, tool updates, and new operational motions.
- Oversee multiple concurrent enablement projects, ensuring clarity in scope, timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual enablement sessions for global teams across various time zones.
- Champion change management initiatives to ensure effective adoption of new processes and tools.
