About the Role
As the Sales Enablement Manager at Semgrep, you will bridge Sales, Operations, Product Marketing, and Enablement to design and implement programs that drive our growth. This position is hands-on, allowing you to shape our enablement strategy, implement impactful initiatives, and demonstrate their effectiveness through data analysis. If you are passionate about transforming business objectives into engaging learning experiences that yield measurable results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the Enablement Roadmap — Partner with Sales leadership and Product Marketing to identify key team needs and create targeted programs to address these priorities.
- Guide Enablement Across Segments — Collaborate with Sales leaders to tailor enablement initiatives effectively across various go-to-market segments.
- Identify Needs and Build Solutions — Work closely with managers, high-performing representatives, and cross-functional teams to pinpoint skill gaps and business requirements, then design and refine learning programs to meet these needs.
- Create Scalable Programs — Develop structured and repeatable enablement frameworks and strategies that adapt and grow with the team and organization.
